Transforming HR Subscriptions/HR Portal Access

Your subscription starts on the date that you sign up and your payment is made via a valid payment method. By starting your subscription, you have authorised us to charge you an annual or monthly fee at the subscription rate prevailing on the renewal date.

When you sign up for your 12-month subscription, your first payment will be taken immediately. Your subscription payment is either annual or if agreed monthly installments and continues until cancelled (by you) or terminated (by us). In accordance with these Terms, subscriptions automatically renew each year on the anniversary of the purchase date. For example, if you purchase your membership on 1st January 2024, your subscription will automatically renew on 1st January 2025 for annual plans. You must provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as set out on our website). We reserve the right to change the subscription fees from time to time.

Subscription payment shall become due at the point of purchase or by installments as agreed when completing the subscription form by direct debit or monthly card payments. An invoice will be issued to the subscriber retrospectively. Where payment is not received either in full or in breach of the agreed installment option, we reserve the right to suspend the subscribers access to the Online Services until such time as payment is received.

Ending Subscription

A subscriber may cancel this Agreement within 7 calendar days of the Commencement Date (the “Cooling-Off Period”) and shall receive a full refund of any sums paid. However, subscribers will not be entitled to cancel this agreement within the cooling-off period if they download any of the material within the said period.

Your subscription will be valid on a rolling annual basis. We do not offer refunds or credits for additional access for any unused subscription periods, change of mind, accidental purchases, medical reasons, or any other reason unless required to do so by law.

You should give at least 30 days’ notice to end your subscription at the end of the agreed period. You should email info@transforminghr.co.uk to notify us that you wish to cancel your subscription at renewal.
